What are your payment options?

After your initial consultation, Harlow Investigations will create a custom, itemized invoice based off of our set pricing system. A retainer is due prior to services starting and the remainder is before final reports are submitted.

Can I pick my own investigation team for my next case?

Note: Under the Private Investigators Licensure Act, after June 1st 2015, any individual who wishes to perform Private Investigation services in the State Of Colorado, as defined by C.R.S. 12-58.5-103, must obtain State Licensure. Private Investigators often perform investigations of a sensitive nature, and it is important they have the appropriate knowledge and ability to perform investigations in an ethical and professional manner. Please make sure that you verify the license of anyone claiming to perform Private Investigation services by visiting: https://apps.colorado.gov/dora/licensing/Lookup/LicenseLookup.aspx. Any person who conducts private investigations or presents himself or uses the title “private investigator”, “private detective”, “licensed private detective”, or “licensed private investigator” in the State of Colorado without an active license commits a class 2 misdemeanor. This agency is licensed under Private Investigator Shawnna with License Number PI2.0000599 & Jonathan with License Number PI1.0000320. Additionally, per C.R.S. 12-58.5-107, a licensee shall not engage in private investigation services without posting a $10,000 Surety Bond. Our bond is active, issued by American Contractors Indemnity Company and a copy is available upon request.
